Facilities

Our Sandringham club, situated close to sprawling public and private golf courses  is the largest and most comprehensive facility in the area. Hundreds of carparks  are provided to accommodate patrons of ReCreation, Southern Basketball Association and the famous Klim Swim swimschool. The facility is spread out over one level and is extremely user friendly with the latest in disabled access. The club has always been recognised as an industry leader in facilities, service and innovative exercise programs.  A unique feature of this club is the Reformer Pilates studio, housing 13 beds. With recent refurbishment of the pool area reception and the addition of a new mind/body room, the club maintains its position as one of Melbourne’s leading facilities.

Gymnasium

Equipped with latest strength machines, full range of free weights ad benches as well as functional training cable machines and kettle bells.

Cardio Room

Treadmills, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, step mills & cross trainers most equipped with TV screens and NO TIME LIMITS!  Unique ‘My Ride’ virtual spin screens offering a choice of over 100 x 30 minute instructor led spin classes any time you like.

Huge Group Exercise Studio

Large open space capacity 60 participants.  Industrially thick underlay with recently replaced carpet. A pleasure to exercise on!

Spin Room

Fresh and bright with lots of natural sunlight. Dvd’s of inspirational training such as the Tour de France are played by projectors.  40 bikes.

Mind/Body Room

Cool, calm and spacious, this room can accommodate up to 25 participants.

Pool

Recently refurbished and converted to salt water chlorination.  20 meters at 28°C.  Great for lap swimming and aqua aerobics.

Spa

Large, hot spas in both the female and male changerooms to relax and revive.

Sauna

Traditional hot saunas in the female and male changerooms.

Creche

Large Government registered crčche with baby area separate to toddlers and pre-schoolers. Undercover outdoor sand pit and outdoor grassy play area with equipment  provides the little-ones with the space they need to burn energy. Qualified staff and age appropriate activities.   BOOKINGS REQUIRED.  Convenient and well priced.

Treatment Area

Private massage rooms in our tranquil retreat area. Offering a range of massages - Relaxation, Remedial / Sports, Manual lymphatic drainage, Hot stone massage, Myotherapy, Thai massage,
